I attempted to obtain this mask and as usual no sane organization nor traffic control in place! Traffic lined up on DeSaix, Gentilly Blvd and Paris Ave. Ridiculous! I tried calling WBOK. Disconnected number listed on Google. Kept searching found a different number. Answering machine. Left message expressing concern. Called 311 reported it.
I gave up on getting this (1) free mask. What a disappointment and just added to my anger at how some of these organizations can never get it right!
